Project-Based Refund Policy

- Unsatisfactory work: We offer free revisions within scope. If issues persist, we will work with you to resolve them. Refunds are not automatic but will be considered case-by-case.
- Scope creep: Additional features requested outside original SOW are billable and not refundable.

- Automatic renewals: Refunds for accidental renewals are available within 7 days of the renewal date if the license has not been used/installed after renewal.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period — no prorated refunds for unused time.
Maintenance & Support Contracts
- Monthly retainer contracts can be canceled with 30 days written notice.
- No refunds for completed months of service.
- Prepaid annual maintenance: Prorated refund for unused months (minus 10% admin fee).
Refund Processing
