We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase for all Rsilitech WordPress plugins, themes, and add-ons if the product does not function as described in its documentation or if it has a critical bug that prevents core functionality.

❌ When Refunds Are NOT Issued (Plugins)

  • After 30 days – No refunds are issued beyond 30 days from purchase date.
  • Buyer's remorse – If you simply changed your mind and the plugin works as advertised.
  • Third-party conflicts – Issues caused by other plugins, themes, or server configurations not specified in our compatibility requirements.
  • Custom modifications – If you or another developer modified the plugin code.
  • License abuse – If the license terms were violated (e.g., GPL license violations, unauthorized reselling).

📝 How to Request a Plugin Refund

  2. Include your order number and the reason for your refund request.
  3. If applicable, provide error logs or screenshots demonstrating the issue.
  4. We will respond within 24-48 hours and process approved refunds within 5-7 business days.

Project-Based Refund Policy

For custom software development, WordPress customization, and consulting services, refunds are handled on a milestone basis as defined in your project contract or Statement of Work (SOW).

Discovery & Planning 50% refund if no work has begun; non-refundable after requirements gathering starts.
Milestone 1 (Design/Prototype) Partial refund minus cost of work completed and 20% cancellation fee.
Milestone 2 (Development) No refund for completed milestones; unused prepaid milestones are refundable.
Final Delivery No refunds after final delivery and client approval.

📋 Development Refund Conditions

  • Cancellation before work begins: Full refund minus 5% transaction fees (if any).
  • Cancellation during active development: Refund for unused prepaid hours/milestones only. Completed work is billed at the hourly/project rate.
  • Unsatisfactory work: We offer free revisions within scope. If issues persist, we will work with you to resolve them. Refunds are not automatic but will be considered case-by-case.
  • Scope creep: Additional features requested outside original SOW are billable and not refundable.

Subscriptions & Renewals

Annual Plugin Licenses

  • New subscriptions: Covered by 30-day refund policy.
  • Automatic renewals: Refunds for accidental renewals are available within 7 days of the renewal date if the license has not been used/installed after renewal.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period — no prorated refunds for unused time.

Maintenance & Support Contracts

  • Monthly retainer contracts can be canceled with 30 days written notice.
  • No refunds for completed months of service.
  • Prepaid annual maintenance: Prorated refund for unused months (minus 10% admin fee).

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Original payment method: Refunds are issued to the original credit card, PayPal account, or bank account used for purchase.
  • Currency: All refunds are processed in the original transaction currency (USD/INR).
  • Transaction fees: Payment gateway fees (typically 2-3%) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount for change-of-mind cancellations.

Refunds usually appear within 3-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions & Force Majeure

Rsilitech reserves the right to refuse a refund in cases of:

  • Fraudulent or abusive refund requests (e.g., repeat refund seekers).
  • Violation of our Terms of Service or license agreements.
  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team (we will dispute invalid chargebacks).
  • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
